[Firewall] NATing only certain ports

I just want to confirm if doing this would work like I want it to work.
What I want to do is only allow certain ports to be NATed, for example I
want to allow POP3 and SMTP but block telnet, so would I simply add the
ports to LAN_INET_DENY_* or somewhere else?
