[Firewall] Can't get the HTTPS port forwarding (Romy Roma)

Can you please provide correct syntax. let say I want to forward to an
interne machine with IP 10.120.132.105

why this syntax is wrong?

NAT_FORWARD_TCP="443>10.120.132.105~8543 80>10.120.132.105~8180"
