I have just uploaded a Debian package of version 2.0.1b to Debian
experimental. This is a somewhat major change of the Debian packaging,
as it no longer maintains a Debian-specific configuration file, but uses
the new conf.d facility. Together with some other changes (changelog
below) this is probably going to be the last big change in the light of
the upcoming freeze of the next Debian stable release.
I'd be very happy, if some Debian users could try this package version
-- install, configure via Debconf, upgrade form an older version, etc.
If nothing pops up, I'm going to upload a package update to Debian
unstable, to get it into the release candidate eventually.
@Arno: The package is also carrying a last non-Debian-specific patch
that I am attaching -- it looks like the issue is still valid. Maybe
this could be merged upstream, or addressed otherwise. If I'm mistaken
and this is no longer a problem, please let me know -- description is in
the file header.
Thanks in advance,

* Bumped Standards-Version to 3.9.3; no changes necessary.
