you don't need upnp if you're going to use port forwarding.

for incoming connections you need to forward 3074 TCP+UDP and (optional)
88 UDP

NAT_FORWARD_TCP="3074>192.168.1.15"
NAT_FORWARD_UDP="3074,88>192.168.1.15"
