Locally:
# nc -v -t -z 10.10.10.1 32400
myrouter.host [10.10.10.1] 32400 (?) open

# nc -v -u -z 10.10.10.1 32400
my router.host [10.10.10.1] 32400 (?) : Connection refused

Remotly:
# nc -v -t -z myrouter.host 32400
Connection to my router.host 32400 port [tcp/*] succeeded!

# nc -v -u -z myrouter.host 32400
<no output>

Plex media server is configured to listen on 32400.
